Each year, MSN Autos compiles a list of autos in various categories that are the best value for the driver’s money.  This is based on reviews of certain Bensenville used cars, as well as test drives that staff have taken.  The classes range from pickup trucks to sports cars to SUV’s, to name a few.  A couple of Chevrolet models have also topped a few categories. 

The Chevy Traverse was named a top value in the Midsize Crossover/SUV class.   It has a lot of positive things going for it.  It is a very roomy vehicle, perfect for a family, offering a lot of cargo space.  It can also seat eight adults without anyone feeling cramped.  The Traverse also gets good highway mpg for it’s size, coming in at 25 mpg.

Moreover, the Traverse drives very smoothly and has great handling.  It drives more like a Roselle used car than a larger, truck-like SUV.  It’s a powerful SUV, as it’s installed with a V6, 3.6 Liter engine that gives off 281 horsepower.  Perhaps the most important fact about it is that it’s reasonably priced, starting out around $30K for a base model.

Now, let’s shift gears and focus on a Chevy car that made the grade in the sports car category.  This may be a little more exciting to you, if you’re in the market for an auto that you can really play around in!  The Corvette is a great value if you want a powerful sports car made with a high performing V8 engine.  The engines that Chevy puts in the Corvette models give off anywhere from 436 to 638 horsepower!  Wow, that is a lot faster than the Bensenville used car I just test drove at my local dealership.

The Corvette Grand Sport, which is a new model, is something you might consider if you are a sports car enthusiast.  It starts out in the mid-$50K range and has that cool, wide body Z06 design.  It’s probably the closest model you can get to being racing-ready.  In fact, there are upgrades you can opt for on the brakes and suspension, for example, that will make it capable of racing!

Chevy certainly has a great line-up of autos for you to consider.  The Traverse and Corvette, along with the Roselle used car models, are just a few of the great ones waiting for you at your favorite Chevrolet dealership!
